You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not functioning.
- You received an incorrect productor incomplete shipment.
- The item is unused, in original condition, with all accessories/manualsintact.
- Original invoice and packagingmust be provided.

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, installed, or damaged items after delivery
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Items without original packaging, label, or seal
- Software licenses or robotics kits (unless faulty)

1.Submit a Request: Log in to your account or email support@smidmart.com within 7 days of delivery.
2.Review & Approval: Our support team will verify the request and condition.
3.Pickup Arranged: If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup or guide you through return shipping.
4.Inspection: Once we receive the product, it undergoes a quality check.
5.Resolution: A replacement or refund is processed within 5–7 working days post-inspection.

- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For NEFT/IMPS, bank details will be collected separately.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

- Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours.
- SmidMart reserves the right to accept or reject return claims after inspection.
- If the product was damaged due to mishandling post-delivery, it isnot eligible for return.
